UPM Receives Approval for Laser Machining and Cutting of General Electric Parts

 

Hamilton, Ohio - March 3, 2010-- United Performance Metals recently announced that they have received special process approval from GE Aviation covering the laser machining and cutting of parts. The addition of the approval allows the company to expand the scope of its processing capabilitieis beyond slitting, leveling, shearing, edging and waterjet cutting, for all of its General Electric related customer base.
