United Performance Metals Appoints Daniel Williams as Managing Director, UPM Europe

United Performance Metals is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Williams as Managing Director, UPM Europe. Based in the United Kingdom, Daniel will lead the company’s European strategy and operations, supporting continued growth, customer partnerships, and alignment with UPM’s global vision.

Daniel brings more than 15 years of senior operational, commercial, and technical leadership across the metals and advanced manufacturing sectors. Most recently, he served as Director of Operations leading large, distributed teams through operational transformation, supply chain optimization, and margin improvement. His background includes senior leadership roles across general management, commercial strategy, and technical operations, supporting aerospace and other high‑performance applications.
