UPM Lives Happy!

As part of  LIVESMART, O’Neal Industries’ signature health and wellness program, United Performance Metals participated in LIVE HAPPY.  This program focused on individual health and well-being through proven keys and actions to improve happiness every day.

Throughout the six week Happiness Challenge, participants were encouraged to take a happiness pledge and complete weekly reflections and daily actions to increase happiness. 

Many photo opportunities presented themselves! The program was completed with a multi-divisional video showing ONI affiliate employees dancing to a happy beat!  Watch the video here.
