Inconel Alloy® 601 is a nickel-chromium alloy with an addition of aluminum that provides exceptional mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, as well as superior resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfurization. Easily formed, machined and welded, 601 excels particularly well in descaling resistance in cyclic oxidation applications with a high temperature variation.
